OUR LEADERSHIP
Jonathan Verhesen – Managing Partner
A strategic leader with deep real estate expertise, Jonathan serves as Managing Partner at Seer Developments since 2019. His academic foundation includes a Management diploma from NAIT, along with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Alberta. After transitioning from coaching, Jonathan has built an impressive $29 million multifamily portfolio while balancing family life with his wife Savanna, coaching their children’s sports, and pursuing his passion for golf and cycling.
Jeffrey Stork – Managing Partner
As Director of Asset Management at Qualico Properties, Jeff brings national-scale commercial real estate experience to Seer Properties. A former University of Alberta varsity basketball player with a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and active broker’s license in Alberta, Jeff balances his property expertise with family time alongside his wife Mallorie and three children, maintaining his lifelong connection to sports through golf, basketball, and various athletic pursuits.
